Pet Portraits: SSPCA Badly Drawn Pets

pet portraits

Do you have a pet? If so, you’re probably familiar with that special bond you share. Capturing that relationship in a portrait is a great way to commemorate your time with your furry friend.

In winter 2020, when the world was in lockdown, I volunteered for the SSPCA Badly Drawn Pets project. The last couple of years has seen an increase in the number of cats and dogs that need to be rehomed. Badly drawn pets helped raise much-needed funds to care for abandoned and abused animals. If you’re thinking of getting a pet, please consider adopting.

Here are some of the pets I painted.
